Many websites out there are charging honest customers during this time of need and are never sending anything out, or they are shipping far away from China! That could take WEEKS to get here, if they even ship! Our business ships from California and we are shipping out orders daily.

In addition, our masks are actually sewn by our talented seamstresses in Los Angeles, California and ship from our warehouse in Brea, California. Even the fabric we use is made in the United States - Wisconsin to be exact. Some companies import their fabric from foreign countries to cut cost and quality and that's not what you want! Our mask is made to be a one size fits all solution.

For our adult size mask, when laid flat, the mouth and face coverage width is 8.67" and the height from top to bottom is 6". Our mask is designed to contour to your face from the top of your nose bridge down to the bottom of your chin with a perfect fit. Use the adjustable elastic ear loops to adjust the fit.

For our kids size mask, that is coming soon and not available yet. Stay tuned for updates after 6/26.

Before putting on a face mask cover be sure to wash your hands. If your mask is brand new, be sure to insert the filter first. The mask should cover your mouth and nose and not be moved off your nose or mouth while being worn. There should be no gaps between your face and the face mask. Try to avoid touching your face mask while wearing it. You can take the mask off by the ear loop straps. Be sure to always wash your hands before and after taking off the mask. Also, be sure to wash it regularly and keep a back up to wear!

Locate the filter pocket on the side of the mask that is opposite of the USA flag tag. Pinch the middle of the mask to open the pouch where the filter will be inserted. Grab your filter and fold it in half and insert it into the filter pocket. After the filter has reached the center, turn the filter upwards while it's inside the filter pocket and open up the filter so it lays flat. Work it through until its even and flat in the middle of the mask. Fold the mask in half and you should be able to feel where the filter is positioned inside in the mask. Adjust as necessary, it should be right in the middle of the mask.

Before washing be sure to take out any of the filters inside of the filter pocket because they are not washable. You need to replace those filters, so think about getting a filter pack. After the filter is removed, gently wash the mask by hand with soap and warm water or with a drop of detergent for at least two minutes and let air dry.

We recommend that you air dry overnight and use a backup mask! We do not recommend machine washing, but if you must, wash in cold water with similar colors and tumble dry in low heat or preferably, air dry it.

All of our masks and filter packs are shipped from our warehouse in Brea, California. We usually are able to ship within 1 business day after ordering in most cases.

Our adult mask is meant to be one-size-fits-all. At its functional position and slightly folded, the measurement across the widest part of the mask is 6.5 inches. When laid completely flat, it's 10 inches wide.
The height from the top to the bottom is 5.5 inches, designed to cover from the top of your nose bridge to the bottom edge of your chin.
The straps are soft elastic cotton and fully adjustable. See fitting instruction in the question below.
